Cancellation Policy

I take a non-refundable booking fee of £10 per treatment, for all appointments.  This will then be deducted from the cost of your treatment total at the end of your appointment, or rolled over to the next booking when you re-book.

I request a minimum of 48 hours notice to transfer or move your appointment,

which enables me to (re)arrange my childcare & also gives me some time to try to fill your slot from my waiting list. 

Failure to give this notice will result in forfeiture of the booking fee

and a new one will become payable before you are able to secure your next appointment.

When making a new appointment I will hold your requested appointment slot for 24 hours,

to give you time to transfer your booking fee.  

After this period I may release your appointment to someone else if the booking fee has not been received.

Please ensure you transfer the booking fee to my bank account and let me know once you have done so;

once I have received this I will then confirm that your appointment has been secured.
