Safety Policy

In light of COVID-19, I have implemented & amended a number of procedures
in order to prioritise everyone's safety & make you feel at ease during your treatment.

I will send you an electronic client consultation form which must be completed and returned before the appointment can go ahead.

Please feel free to send me any design ideas ahead of your appointment. You are also welcome to bring outfits and/or accessories in order to get the perfect colour match.

My nail room (& areas of the house through which you may need to pass) will have been aired & thoroughly cleaned ahead of your appointment.

Please do not attend your appointment if you or any of your household are unwell.

Masks are no longer mandatory, but if you would prefer them to be worn I will be happy to do so; please just let me know.

Please bring minimal possessions to your appointment (phone & keys) and please attend alone.

When you attend for your appointment, please do not ring the doorbell but message me instead (on 07818233339) to let me know that you have arrived, so that I can let you in.

I will then ask you to wash your hands thoroughly for at least 20 seconds, following the WHO hand-washing guidance (https://www.who.int/gpsc/clean_hands_protection/en/)

During the appointment I will continue to ensure that all tools used are either fully cleaned & sanitised, or single-use and disposable.

I will record your treatment details in your electronic treatment log, and will then send a copy to you at the end of your appointment.

Payment is to be made online via bank transfer.
Bank details will be provided when an appointment is booked.

Please note that payment will be taken as confirmation that you are happy with the treatment received and the aftercare advice given.
